[3D Model & Build Guide] uConsole Omega-Chassis

The Omega-Chassis is a compact design that incorporates a wide range of features. It has undergone over eight months of design iterations and at least six rounds of production validation. It is a customisable and personalised backplate build for the uConsole.

With a recent update, includes screw-less removable battery cover options, still support 3 cells compatible with HackerGadget NVMe Battery Board.

What’s New:

  • 2026-08-28: Added a 2 x 21700 battery pack option. This supports your existing HackerGadget NVMe and allows you to build multiple battery packs by reusing your batteries.  The total capacity can last 8-9 hours or more with multiple packs when on a field trip.  In addition, no screws required to hot-swap them. This battery pack also supports the stock battery board and the original HackerGadget NVMe (v1) board. All of this is compatible with all existing omega released features.
  • 2026-08-18: Added muti-channel noise cancellation microphone to support communicating with AI agents, conference calls, and no size nor existing feature impact, discrete and hidden microphones.
  • 2026-07-26: Added colour mixing and variations for CNC parts.
  • 2026-07-01: Added battery module with removable cover (support Lipo, or other battery variations).
  • 2026-06-16: Improved print tolerance adjustment and improve build guide details.
  • 2026-06-12: Added Essential Variation Option & CNC for Bracket only purchase option.

Support: Model support covers the functional aspects of the design but excludes fabrication and manufacturing defects. Support channel will be shared in the confirmation email.

Future Updates: All buyers will be notified if there are any updates and adjustments for the design. The personalised fan-grills are provided free, and it is the only part can be shared publicly.

Fabrication: Fabrication via JLC or other providers is a contract between the buyer and the manufacturer. If there are any manufacturing defects the buyer must work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
