1. Grant of License
The Creator (Licensor) grants you (the Licensee) a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the 3D model file(s) for individual, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
2. What You CAN Do (Permitted Use)
- Personal Projects: Use the model in personal renders, animations, or digital art.
- 3D Printing: Print the model for your own personal use or as a one-time gift (not for sale).
- Modification: Alter, mesh-mix, or “remix” the model for your own personal use.
3. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use)
- No Distribution: You may not share, sell, rent, host, or transfer the digital file (or any modified version of it) to any third party or public repository.
- No Commercial Gain: You may not sell 3D prints, digital renders, or any products derived from this model.
- No Claim of Ownership: You may not represent yourself as the original creator of the model.
4. Commercial & Distribution Inquiries
The restrictions in Section 3 may be waived with written permission or an extended license. If you intend to:
- Distribute or share this model on a public platform;
- Resell the digital files or physical prints;
- Use the model for any commercial, corporate, or promotional purpose;

5. Ownership
The Licensor retains all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the 3D model. This license does not transfer any title or ownership to the Licensee.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the model.
7. Disclaimer
The model is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the model.
